There were multiple objectives with the Crystal Creek re-branding project. Increase brand awareness in the retail environment, make the branding more relevant to the consumer and differentiate it from other bottled water.
An emotional connection was reached with the customer by turning ‘Crystal Creek’ into a place as well as just a name. We achieved this by incorporating the Australian landscape. Then a semi transparent label was introduced enhancing the purity of water.
As a result of investing in this re-branding project, Crystal Creek is being stocked in Coles. It is now a real competitor to the established brands already on shelf. With orders multiplying, momentum is starting to gain. Brand presence is on the way up.
