Brave have created multiple internal communication campaigns within the Foster’s global community. The key objectives were to raise awareness on a variety of issues. Sometimes campaigns were brand specific, such as Beringer Blass and Lindemans. Most topics were in some way related to the Southcorp takeover which significantly changes Foster’s scale and structure.
The approach was to brand Foster’s consistently and communicate the message with strength and simplicity. With so much change within the organisation, our campaigns had to cut through a lot of visual noise in the Foster’s environment.
By challenging convention and creating campaigns that made people take notice, we have had great success with the campaigns. The positive feedback has not been restricted to the corporate sector either. After the Beringer Blass PR campaign in Barossa SA, there was an overwhelming response, and huge buy-in with staff and the local community.
